Instructions
- Unshell roasted pistachios (lose approx 1/2 weight)
- Lightly Blend them with half tablespoon of sugar + skim milk powder mixture
- Warm milk and spoon about 100ml into pistachio blend
- Continue blending till it turns to pistachio liquid
- Add Remaining Sugar, Milk Powder into warm milk and dissolve sugar
- Add remaining ingredients (+ guar gum, salt, syrup) into milk and whisk/blend together
- Periodically stir mixture while freezing so solids dont settle on the bottom
