Roasted peanut butter ripple

Description
Similar to my chewy fudge recipe, but with peanut butter powder instead.
Has a similarly thick texture, though slightly less chewy. Peanut butter has a nice roasted flavor, not too sweet, and a nice salty kick.
Instructions
- Weigh and mix dry ingredients (pb powder, salt, sugar, dextrose)
- Heat the heavy cream in a medium saucepan and cook over medium-high heat until nearly boiling, then remove from heat.
- Slowly introduce the hot cream to the dry ingredients, whisking to fully incorporate. Whisk until smooth.
- Add back to the pot and heat for another minute or two, stirring with a rubber spatula to prevent scorching. This will add a more "roasted" flavor.
- Transfer to another container and store in the fridge.
