Description
Now I use 15g Fatty Buttermilk Powder for one pint, for non fat skim milk powder as it inflates you separate the 15g Powder into 2 pints 2/3 full. So if that Buttermilk Icecream was too hard to digest as wondercow chocolate powder that is processed, refined and chemical leaving me sweating and feeling unwell, use half.
Instructions
Buttermilk Powder Recipe (does not inflate as it is fatty and heavy unlike skim milk powder) use 15g for 2 pints a 400ml, 10g inulin, 2g guar gum and pinch of salt. If its too hard or icey add 10g allulose or use less water.
Same for Chocolate Protein Powder, use half the powder, instead of 20g do 10g for one pint, 25g allulose, salt and see if you need inulin next time.
