A remake of Tillamooks Vanilla ice cream using half and half
Blackberry purée preparation (2 options):
- Option 1: Blend on low speed for 30 seconds, then separate the seeds.
- Option 2 (Preferred): Use a slow juicer to extract seedless juice/purée.
Measured Brix value of the purée: ~10%.

Matcha and Strawberry swirl sorbet. Originally used 30g of Matcha powder in the recipe but it was way to much. Made a half batch of the syrup to even out the flavours. Dairy free. Sucrose free. Very very creamy and delicious, slightly minty with strong semi sweet chocolate bands throughout.
Spicy Pumpkin Pie flavor ice cream
My husband loves pumpkin pie and if he can find it pumpkin ice cream. I wanted that custard type flavor for him as that's what he loves, that's why I used the egg yolk. I'm hoping this turn out terrific. The base tastes great!
